Longivew North Business Park - Longview Texas

The Longview North Business Park is the city's answer to attracting business development to the North side of Longview.

This design project consisted of the master landscape site development plan for the first phase of development, including the design of the entrance sign (which is to become the trade mark of the development). The landscape site development included street tree installation, landscape bed development at the esplanade and sign location, and recommendations for the street lighting.
