Residential Landscape Architecture

Each residential project is approached with the desires and needs of the client in mind. The client hopefully has prepared a design program of what they anticipate to be included in the overall site development of their property. This normally would include: hardscape design (sidewalks, driveway, patio, etc.) with selection of material to be used, swimming pool design or other special features (water features, arbors, etc.), landscape illumination, landscape plant material selection, irrigation design, and other site elements that might be required for development of the site (retaining walls, drainage details, fences, etc.). The final design will reflect the owner's desires along with the design character developed during the design process.

The client always has the option of letting the final plans out for bids, or David Scarborough himself can assist with the negotiation of the contract price of the project.
